Had main water valve to house go bad and start leaking fairly bad. They were at my house within a hour of calling them and had it replaced very fast in my opinion. For all the time it took to find valve in yard and dig up access to it so they could shut it off they were fast and decently priced.
My first phone call to 1st Class was VERY impressive! Cathy answered the phone, was very nice, interested, asked appropriate questions. Just having someone answer the phone was a great start! She thought it would be a week before a service person could arrive, but got someone to our house the next day. We had been told by other plumbing companies the job we wanted done (dishwasher install) was a real unpleasant job. Sean didn't seem to think it was unpleasant, he got it done quickly, with good humor, and was very kind. He fine tuned some issues that were left behind from professionals before him. 1st Class will be our only call from now on. Oh! Great pricing too!Service: Installation
Dave was prompt and pleasant. He repaired our furnace at a reasonable rate. Angela was very helpful on the phone. I would recommend 1st Class Plumbing, Heating and AC if you need service.
