When I tell you these guys are stellar, I mean S-T-E-L-L-A-R!!! I had to call them out to do some work on my heater. They were very responsive, prices were on par, respectful of my home and time. Presented me with a few different options but didn't try to up sale anything which I really appreciated. Just gave me the options and let me make a choice. Outlined the work they said they would need to do, and communicated when they had to look at other parts, Communication is very important to me, especially when there's a delay or change, so I was so appreciative of that. They even offered to find me some heaters to use if they wouldn't be able to get it done before evening. I mean, just outstanding and very customer service focused! Friesen Contracting has been our go to for 2 major remodels, 1 exterior and 1 interior. Their communication, quality of work, and interaction with their employees is absolutely spot on. There is never a "we cannot do that" it has always been "let us figure this out and bid it that way". They have always met and exceeded our expectations. Dave in particular is a master craftsman that really cares not only about achieving what the customer wants but that it is flawless in finish.
