I strongly suggest that you only contact this company if you have exhausted all other funding options. I contacted them in April for a small loan for the build out of a location that I planned on moving into in mid-July. I was told that the process would only take a couple of weeks. I was able to get my final documents to my account representative on June 15, 2022. I followed up a couple of weeks later. Nothing. Then when my account representative contacted me in July, I was told that my emails had gone into spam and that she would get my paperwork submitted to underwriting ASAP.
