I am an instructional coach for a larger district and Vosaic was a tool introduced to all coaches to use with teachers to record and review their lesson. I would like to speak to my experience with Vosaic, customer service, and the product itself.I will admit. At first, I did not like Vosaic. I couldn't get it to work as I needed and I found that there were too many hiccups and I lost too many videos so I gave up. Then, Emir Pilcanic (President of Vosaic) was at a training I was at. We had a great training meeting with Emir. It was easy to schedule and he answered all of our questions.

It does the job, but has a lot of glitches. Signs you out occasionally while marking up videos, rapidly displays pieces of the website if you pause and play during marking up, doesn't remember login information correctly. It, for some reason, remembers me as "che" instead of my full username. Not the best video analysis program out there. Needs several bug fixes!
