The hospital staff is awesome and very polite and caring. They took really good care of my very sick dogs that got food poisoning. The hospital was really good about keeping me posted on how the dogs were doing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs emergency services for their beloved pets. They are just simply awesome! I was very pleased with the care and time the vets spent with my dogs. The vets are very knowledgeable. And very caring of your beloved fur babies.

I unexpectedly had to put my oldest cat down. The staff was thorough, explained everything with detail, let my family take our time saying goodbye, and remained very empathetic and professional. The sympathy card they sent was signed by the staff with individual signatures and personal messages of condolences. The clay paw print plaque was done with great detail and care. I cannot say enough about this experience even though it was devastating. Thank you so much for your services and being available after hours.

I’m so incredibly thankful for everyone that helped me and my cat Lily in her final days. They were very kind and empathetic, and made sure we were comfortable through everything. I can’t thank them enough for being so kind to not only me, but my best friend.
