Store employee, Luna, is amazing! She listened to me and was able to understand what I wanted. After doing some shade matching, she helped me find the exact products I needed. In fact, I've been in three days in a row now with different requests and was lucky enough to have her help me each time. I will now ask if Luna is available to help me each time I visit.
I enjoy ulta and would rather go here than Sephora any day of the week. I really enjoy when these associates aren’t on top of you immediately and let you browse.
Lately I have noticed they’ve been more aggressive with trying to get sales or be overbearing sometimes in the same way Sephora employees are. If I need help I will seek someone out. I hope they don’t continue with the overbearing approach.

My 8 yr old daughter had tinsel put in her hair by Madison at Ulta. Madison was amazing! She was so energetic, friendly , and helpful. My daughter was nervous but Madison assured her it was going to turn out great and it did!!! 100% recommended
