Best Buy couldn't fix my Computer with out sending it off. QTEQ fixed it over night, and a lot less $$$$

Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable every time I go in there. They've given me advice and helped me trouble shoot my issues on a couple of occasions. They're the first place I think to go when I'm having computer troubles.
