Deserves 6 ⭐️’s. They are very honest and sometimes can fix your vehicle to be even better then it was before. My experience was with my dad getting his water pump replaced and this place found mistakes that a different company mechanic had made when they installed the previous water pump. I’ll always come back here for my car repair needs.

It can be really intimidating to go into auto shops as a younger woman because sometimes these shops try to take advantage of lack of knowledge around cars. I had that experience at TO Haus and other shops in Lincoln quite a bit. I first brought in a car I was taking for a test drive just to get it checked out. He was very informative and gave me his honest opinion that it probably wasn’t a very good car. He explained the mechanical terms in a very comprehensive way & never made me feel stupid or bad for asking questions. He told me some dealers to stay away from and that was that.

I was visiting from out of town, when my car began to overheat. I called Sunbear Auto and they have been stellar. Silas and Terri were kind, empathetic, and compassionate in their service. In spite of the stress this situation brings, I felt taken care of and in good hands. They were completely transparent, and incredibly accommodating. Five stars all the way.
