We contracted with Star City to replace our aging furnace and heat pump. We had a slight delay for funding (our fault), and Daniel and crew were very patient while we sorted it out. When the day came, they arrived prepared and ready. The entire install took several hours, fully expected, however they were still fast and efficient. When finished, we got a full tour of the unit, what they had done, and how to operate it. We are very pleased with the service and the work was very professionally done. As a handy guy with tools and who mostly knows what these things require (and pretty high standards), I was very impressed. I highly recommend Star City for your needs. Explained entire process of duct cleaning. Also showed before and after pictures of each vent and cold air return they cleaned after they were finished with the job.
