This team stays on top of things even that I don't think of, haven't considered or really should have done different. They are kind, appropriately provocative and are some of the good ones - in their work and in their character. Happy New Year. Apparently someone closed out the year on a sad note and left you a poor review on 12/31/25. Since we are neighbors and competitors I thought I would leave a review accordingly. Our firm, Burch & Associates, has been in the tax business since 1971. Unfortunately, we've made mistakes along the way and not every client has left us 100% satisfied. I called to schedule an appointment to see if they can reach out the IRS on behalf of me. Troy was really helpful and knowledgeable he explained to me the IRS is so behind and me going to the office and pay them money is not going to do any good to me because they themselves having a trouble reaching the IRS. he was very honest with me.
