I recently went to SoloElite and saw Liv for a color correction. I had a lot of banding and different colors in my hair, but Liv got me right! We initially had a bit of a miscommunication, and I wasn’t entirely happy with my hair at first. I still got a lot of compliments on it, but it wasn’t quite what I wanted. So I reached out to her, and she was so apologetic and immediately scheduled me to get back in her chair. When I tell you this girl worked magic, I mean it! She gave me exactly what I wanted; her customer service was exceptional, she made me feel comfortable enough to express how I felt, and I felt heard. Ella does amazing work! She really listens to the client and what they are looking for. She has such attention to detail and delivers such high quality work with her microblading. I love the results. Through the whole process she was so knowledgeable and great at communicating different options. Besides that she is such a sweet and caring person! Would highly recommend!
Ella was amazing from start to finish! She asked questions to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted and took the time to explain everything. The results turned out even better than I imagined, and the healing process was so easy. I highly recommend Ella for your brows!
