John Biegler was extremely knowledgeable in regards to a new roof that was put on our home prior to us knowing about Shield Roofing. There were a number of issues with how the other roofing company did the reroof that we just wanted to be done with the problems so we called John. He showed us the incorrect nailing that made some of the shingles not lay flat as well as not having the proper ventilation that should have been installed and several other things that we will get straightened out. Before we knew about Shield Roofing, we had a “local” company reroof our home from hail damage and they did a very poor job. We called John B. at Shield Roofing to come and look at the nails and shingles that were sticking up and they took care of it pronto without charge even though they didn’t do the initial work to reroof. John also said the “local” company we used didn’t allow for sufficient ventilation and we will be going back to get them to take care of this problem that should have been dealt with from the very beginning. Called to assess some roof damage and they came out same day. Joe was a complete professional - on-time, friendly, thorough. Even gave me a heck of a deal because it was a small job. Will definitely be calling again the next time I need anything roof related!
