The machine is perfectly invaluable. Cleans New York City tap water 'til it tastes like a clear mountain stream from the old days. But the main thing I wish to note is the people. First, you can actually call them up and they answer the phone! Holy Moly, remember that? Everyone there has spoken to me as though I were a neighbor, or at least an important customer, even if they had understandable trouble following my meandering questions:) I'd like to single out Karl, who takes care of servicing. I had had my Mini CT countertop baby for well over two years when I finally managed to crush the mechanism to tighten the lid; I had been severely (and ignorantly:) over-tightening... read full review

I have had the Mini Classic distiller for years, and I love it. I use it nearly daily, and find it to be very reliable. I love the fact that the water never comes into contact with plastic, and it is very easy to clean. I have had to replace a few parts over the years, and the unit is made to make replacing a part very easy. The parts I needed were shipped almost immediately, and the instructions were clear and simple, so a part replacement took just minutes, and the unit is back to working great!! I hope to enjoy this distiller for years to come.

I was lucky enough to work with Alicia Ortiz @ Pure & Secure for my water distiller. I can't say enough great things! Customer Service is alive and well AND TOP NOTCH!! She got with me right away, gave me tests to do to find the issue, then sent something out making me feel like a top priority! She sent a link for video instructions making it super easy. I didn't have to bother with sending in the unit (luckily) and she was able to diagnose the problem long distance. " If this does not work please reach out to me right away. I want to make sure your distiller is up and working as it should. The timer will go out first thing in the morning."... read full review
