Coming from someone who has horrible social anxiety and hates in person appointments- the gals at Optical Gallery were so kind and made me feel so safe. I was very relaxed in my appointment compared to other appointments at different places.
I appreciate how kind and patient they are as well as not overbearing and overly serious.
Dr. Raymond fixed my prescription, gave me temporaries enough to last me the delivery wait time, and I was out within 30 minutes feeling better than what I felt going in. Overall, a great experience and impressing staff. ❤️

I went in for an exam and Ashley gave me the wrong prescription. They sent the glasses back twice more, I still can't see out of my glasses, and now they won't give me my money back. Kim called me to "discuss options" and is VERY rude and disrespectful when talking to a patient about the office errors!! Their office staff is far from professional and don't know what they're doing. ? If you want something you can see out of, go somewhere else. Don't go here!!! I gave them a second chance after last time telling me I had MS based on my eye exam, and I'm sorry I gave them a second chance. Because now I'm out $525. I will never... read full review

I came here for the first time as this was the eye doctor that my insurance accepted. The wait time for the appointment was short and the appointment itself was quick. I chose a pair of glasses with the front desk gal's assistance and they came in quickly. I had to go back and have them adjusted twice, but it was easy both times. The gals at the front desk weren't rude or unfriendly!! They said I could come back any time, if the glasses needed adjusted again!!
