Art was fantastic this morning! He called after we made the appointment to discuss what the problem was. I received an email reminder and a text reminder for the appointment. And he called and let me know he was on his way before the appointment. Great customer service! When he got to our home he fixed the issue right away. He was so friendly and professional! Art responded promptly to my situation and fixed it the next day. Was so honest about the repair needed and did it for free!!! Took pictures to show me what was done. I will definitely call him in the future for any roofing or gutter needs. Bonnie Varvel
