We were traveling from Missouri to Grand Island Nebraska hauling our 43ft fifth wheel when we lost 6 out 8 of our lug bolts and nuts out of our left front tire. Called Triple A. No help at all! Told us we would have to take care of it ourselves. So we just started googling and , thankfully we found Midwest Towing and Recovery. They were very professional and took great care of us! Towed both our pick up and fifth wheel camper. Even towed us to Bauer Built tire and repair. They let us stay in our camper on their lot until morning! Hands down some of the best service I've had! Had been sitting in a parking lot with a dead car for a few hours, just ready for a tow truck to come take my car to the dealer. Midwest Tow came and the two men who came were amazing. They first checked everything under the hood to make sure they found the exact problem. Tested the battery and alternator. Found out I just needed a new battery. They then suggested to go to auto zone and buy a new battery there and have them swap it instead of going to the dealer, waiting a few days to be seen, and then getting it fixed. So the gentlemen drove over to auto zone with my car, and me following behind. Then they went inside with me and made sure I got the correct battery and was all set to go. They helped me through every process, and helped me save a ton of money! They truly have amazing customer service!!!
