Excellent customer service, from the time I stepped in the door to my service with the message therapist. I’m an out of town guest, but I will make it a point to get a massage at this location when I’m back in town.

My husband and I went here for facials. We couldn't book at the same time, so we just did one appt after the other. We both had Lynn, and absolutely loved her! Both of our faces were noticeably different after we left. He had the 60 minute, and I had the 90 minute with scalp massage (it was hard to stay awake, but somehow I managed!). We both joined and are looking forward to going back to see Lynn again, as well as schedule in some massage time!

The massage therapists are all very knowledgable. I like how each therapist has their own kind of specialty. The estheticians make you feel relaxed. They address your skin concerns right away & give you a great plan to follow after. Karleigh cleared up my skin in no time. I'm more confident than I ever have been in my skin. The front desk staff is VERY helpful as well. Any questions you have, they will help you with. The manager is very professional & kind as well. I love my time here at Massage Envy.
