If you are looking for a Physical Therapy clinic for any need- STOP because you’ve found your place! Having several chronic health issues, I’ve seen dozens of health professionals in my life and I can honestly say Tori and Jess as well as the whole Makovicka Bellevue team are the best of the best I’ve ever had! I’d often come to PT after a hard day of #teacherlife, exhausted and not in the greatest mood and they always welcomed me with the most positive attitude and smiles, but yet very much respected where I was mentally at the time. While they worked me hard, and pushed me physically, I would find myself laughing and smiling through the hour, because of their treatment and coaching style. On the days I wanted to give up and quit because it was too hard, they had a sensitive balance between pushing and encouraging me, and easing back a bit but always making sure I knew they believed in me. I always left appointments feeling much better about life than when I came in and while they liked to tell me it was the exercise endorphins, I’m pretty sure they were just saying that to get me to hate exercise less, as I’m convinced it was mostly because of the them. No matter who it was- office staff, techs, PTAs, or the PTs EVERYONE at that clinic was absolutely phenomenal to work with. While they invested so much in the PT issue I was there for and had so much knowledge and wisdom, they also cared about ALL of me. Not just the issue they were addressing, which is not a common trait in the medical world today unfortunately. They always took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed everything even when they had to explain it to me like I was 5. They truly have a people first approach to their practice which the medical world needs more of. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me and the path they’ve journeyed with me these past several months. If you need a sign of a place to go. This is your sign!
I did PT after total knee replacement. Everyone on staff was amazing From Rachel at the front desk to all of the PTA's and DPT's. Riley Rischling worked me hard, but was friendly & encouraging all the time. Scott, Emily, Ashley & Jayce were always willing to pitch in & help me when I needed something. 5 Stars!
Just a shout out to the team at Makovicka PT. I had a knee replaced and the the folks there starting with Rachel who is there to greet and schedule and I know much more behind the seens work is Awsome! Then Riley, Jayce, Huan, Emily and Ashley all very professional at what they do. Very compassionate people as I observed while icing down and watching them work with the more mature clientele! Very thorough in their work and ready to put you to therapy the second you get there. Don’t want to fail to mention anyone but don’t have all the names down. The director is really involved as are the young ones that keep the benches ready to go! Thanks again for the help I’m almost done but they have really encouraged me to keep up the routine and I will. Sincerely John Gast
