The facility is so clean and the staff are so welcoming. I started with float therapy (which I love) then tried fire & ice and the benefits have been immeasurable! I can’t wait for my next session. They are so friendly, offered me a tour and explained how everything works. Thank you for all you do!

I love Lost In Float. It’s always so clean and peaceful. I always feel reinvigorated leaving there. I love how they’ve expanded their services so it’s more than floats. 10/10.

Absolutely love the fire and ice. At first I was skeptical and didn't think I would be able to do the cold plunge but it was mind over matter and I have gone several times now.
