The practitioner, Cait, is a compassionate expert who knows exactly which points to target for optimal results. Clients have reported feeling significantly better after treatment, experiencing the easiest rest and most comfort they have had in weeks. Even those who are skeptical or fearful of needles have found the experience to be worthwhile and beneficial. I’ve been looking for ways to spread the word about Cait Cain at the Lincoln Acupuncture Project. She is the best-kept health secret in Lincoln, Nebraska, and possibly the state. Her work should not be such a secret. In a group room, extremities only, with the most optimal sliding scale imaginable, Cait Cain works more miracles than any other somatic provider. She makes child’s play of mainstream insurance addiction, known for cutting people into slices. In late July of this 2025 year, she made an excruciating pain episode bearable when I needed to drive to Indiana for a family funeral. I’ve been to many wonderful acupuncturist and chiropractor over the four decades of adulthood. Not to value any of them, but what’s outstanding about Kate is her efficiency. Lastly, I want to say that as an autistic person it’s far easier to talk with a Chinese based practitioner that is to talk with a mainstream medical provider. Cait’s Chinese approach requires no particular identification of organs or particular words that doctors may demand. So you can just come to Cait with your own words and she will figure out how to apply them.
Very comforting and relaxing environment. Caite took time to get to know why I was seeking treatment and made the experience easy and provided great care. I will be going back!
