This old lady is a thief. She might bait you with a $15/hour lie. She then tries to get you to work as much as possible until you leave, unpaid.She currently has small claim court judgments he of over $2000. If you have worked and not been paid you best route is to fill out a form on the Department of Labor's website as she is also not paying wage taxes.
I sued this lady around 2006 ish. Its crazy she is still not paying people. My lawsuit turned into a class action lawsuit. Myself and seven other people I think sued her. She had to pay each of us triple what she owed. The state fined her per person and took her business license if you are still owed money call the UNL student legal. They are the ones that made it all happen. She should not be allowed to ever operate a business again.
