This car wash was amazing, they had more tools than the big fancy car washes. I will definitely be going back. They also had a ‘pet hair’ brushed that helped me get all the hair out of my hair. As a girl with long hair, it was a life saver!
While the staff is great, love all the cleaning tools available. When trying to lower my package, i was offered $24.95 a month for unlimited max car wash. I accepted this. and now they are billing me $40 a month again.
I was contacted within 24 hours of this original post and Cameron the GM had the situation resolved and credit returned.
This... is great customer service.
To the District managers. you should have a person answer the phone when someone calls in for an issue, then the customer service of calling you would improve from 1 star to be at the same level your staff provides on site - 5 stars.
Great car wash! Caleb was the attendant and was really polite showing me the car wash options and wasn’t pushy trying to upsell. The wash is quick and the cleaning tools to use afterwards with the vacuums are not something you see at other car washes. I appreciate being able to use them afterwards so the interior looks just as nice as the outside. Will definitely go again.
