First time customer with Joni today - had a deep cleansing facial and some waxing done. Walked away feeling so relaxed and refreshed. The environment is so relaxing - soft music, subtle nice scents, soft lighting, comfortable furniture. Joni is also clearly skilled at her work - she talked with me about my goals and pulled out specific products as we talked - so it felt customized to my needs. All of the products she used were soothing - nothing felt overly harsh. She also helped educate me on a couple service options I didn’t know much about. Joni was also so kind and authentic during my time with her. I will definitely be going back.
