I started going to Healthy Start about 13 years ago when my youngest was an infant and immediately had a connection with both Tiffany and Alex. Through the years I've gone off and on as I have moved a little father away, and am currently ON again. I love how they are always growing and improving. Both Tiff and Alex are easy going, they listen and they treat according to what I need and not some cookie cutter regimen. I HIGHLY recommend them if you like a more holistic approach and someone who will become an advocate for you and your health.

Been getting care from Alex for a couple of months now. Went from strong low back/sciatic pain for 6 months to being pain free. It is so amazing and liberating to be able to do fun activities with my children and not have one thought about what pain I may feel due to that activity. Alex has given me some great stretches that I plan to do nightly for the rest of my life to help keep me healthy. Thank you so much Alex for helping me get this part of my life back!! At my next appointment I plan to schedule an appointment for my wife too.

HIGHLY recommend Dr. Alex & Dr. Tiffany. My kids love coming to the chiropractor and I love the results. My kids are sleeping better than they ever have. As for me, I have less headaches and neck pain. And for someone who used to have daily headaches - this is amazing news.
