I went in based off a reference of the salon, but due to the stylist I asked for working the same hours I am teaching, I was encouraged to have Jacque. She is kind and it was a lovely time at the salon. I felt she was handling my hair with care. After washing my hair, I discovered I had breakage where I asked for low lights to my brown hair and emphasized that I wanted it to be all over darker and not the medium summer kissed brown I had. It is exactly that color if not lighter now. I was "highlighted" old school and my money pieces so light and uneven that the majority of them have broken off. The bill was over 450 including the products but the receipt did not explain what was what. There is no way it was a balayage as this is NOT what they look like but it seems I was charged for something of that nature. I look like I am from the 90's again. I called to cancel my next appointment but was not offered any reimbursement and when asked to come in to have it fixed I explained I did not trust her to take care of my hair and enough damage has been done.

Very rude receptionist. I inquired about an opening, realizing they probably wouldn't have an opening that day. She could have just told me no, sorry but instead used a very condescending voice telling me they wouldn't have any openings for over a month.

I have been going to Hope, the owner, for years. She's extremely professional and I have never had a bad hair day after a visit. Love her technique and how she styles. You'll be happy here!
