We had Steve and his team out last fall to repair a fallen gutter. We were impressed and had him back to inspect and clean our gutters this spring. There were a few maintenance issues, and his team came out to handle them. While they were here, we asked them to reattach a chimney cap that had blown off in the recent windstorms. It turned out the second chimney, which isn't visible from the ground, was also missing a cap. His crew was wonderful. They explained the issue, went out and found another chimney cap and came back within hours to install it. They kept me informed of every aspect of the job. They were pleasant, cheery, and efficient. I worked in customer service for much of my career and Steve's team performed as I would require of my associates. Steve followed up on all the work. We are very pleased and will have him back for cleaning next year and for any repairs that become necessary.

When I called, Steve Mannix, owner of this company, he was very considerate of my need for a gutter placed on my porch roof. Mr. Mannix was also very friendly and comfortable to work with.He measured and emailed an estimate of the cost. The gutter work, the placement of the flip down spout which I had asked for, was well done and also quickly.
