While the staff is nice, the environment may not be as welcoming as expected. Haircuts may not always meet expectations, and there may be unexpected price changes. The online check-in system may not always be accurate, leading to longer wait times. However, the salon does offer a good job with non-traditional hair styles. Overall, Great Clips Lincoln is an average salon with room for improvement.
The wait time was minimal and my stylist, Jet, was courteous and great at her job.
Stylist: Jet was a great conversationalist which made the cut enjoyable. She also was very knowledgeable and helped with my decision.
90% of the time I love my cut. Maybe not the first day or 2 but then, there it is, perfect. This time, I'm struggling, just isn't quite right. As my husband says, give it time, and I will. Note, I will continue to come to Great Clips. Thanks ladies, always nice to chat with you

Not bad... but just not a very welcoming environment.Staff was nice but just not that outgoing or talkative.I like having conversations while getting a hair cut, probably won't be going back.
