Not bad... but just not a very welcoming environment.Staff was nice but just not that outgoing or talkative.I like having conversations while getting a hair cut, probably won't be going back.

Not the best haircuts but I guess it’s not shocking there was a CITY WIDE deal for 5.99 at ALL locations and there was nothing saying there wasn’t here but it sucks that there was no warning and the haircuts were 15 dollars

The online check in with time estimate wasn't close at all. My time ended, but the wait continued for about 15 more minutes. I have a non-traditional hair style. I was nervous my assigned person wasn't up for the task once I sat down and explained it. They did a good job and it didn't get "messed up". 3 stars as it is defined, it's okay to me.
