I enjoy this facility’s location in relation to home and work. I like the layout of it for the most part. It is very outdated but as such, it draws a more “chill” crowd, I feel. And they have finally started renovations! It will be a long process but much needed and will be nice when it’s done!
I came to the gym to workout and forgot my T-shirt. Went to the front desk, for a review they gave me a T-shirt. Previously if I didn’t have all my gear I would have gone home. So seeking out a T-shirt is huge. I’ve been working with Ben for over a year and that’s made a difference for me. I do the work but he makes me a plan based on my goals and time available. He encourages me and challenges me, he knows when to push and when to let up. I’ve more energy on days I’ve trained with him. Functionality is what I’m interested in and Ben is great with that.
