With my insurance, I basically had to go here for my screening, so I wasnt sure exactly what to expect. However, I was really happy with my experience. The check-in associate was really friendly and quick. The nurses were all professional, very nice and Dr Rife was excellent. The results and pictures were in the patient portal before I even got home.They got me in ahead of schedule and overall it far surpassed my expectations. Would definitely reccommend.
The staff was so incredible. I was nervous about my procedure but everyone made me feel so comfortable. Everyone was super polite, so friendly and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Laura Vance and her staff for a procedure.
Dr Rife, his PA Erin, and their medical team have been wonderful. They took my issues seriously, ran the appropriate tests, and helped me get on a medication regimen to manage my symptoms. I have always been treated well by the people at this office from the receptionist to the doctors themselves. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing a GI specialist.
