The staff is courteous and professional. I went through the motions to upload my intake information online, but when I went to submit, it wouldn't let me. So I downloaded the intake forms and completed them as asked before coming in. This was a minor inconvenience, but I wish they would update their online service.
I posted a negative review here, and one of the managers reached out to me. Long story-short, they replaced my lenses at no cost at the higher tier. They are perfect! It looks like they have some issues pop up once in a while, but they do have people on board who want to make things right. My advice; if something doesn't work out here, talk to a manager.
