I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Brian Brightman and the staff at the Superior Office in Lincoln. Dr. Brightman has been more helpful and knowledgable about my dry eye syndrome than any opthomologist I was referred to, he is amazing.
All of the staff at the Superior office have been top-notch. From the person who answers the phone to the front desk and the staff that do the testing and assist with picking out and fitting your glasses. Everyone is so kind and helpful and when I needed urgent assistance they went out of their way to get ahold of Dr. Brightman and working me in to the schedule to be seen as quickly as possible. I would recommend this office to everyone!
My experience that Eyecare Specialties PC was very good afterwards the doctor talk to me make sure I understood some things about my eyes before she let me go. I appreciated that very much so I have been other places where they did not say anything about my eyes like they should have and she did.
The staff were so friendly, and when I came back in a week later they said hi to me by name. They were also very understanding of my financial situation and helped me through the process, working with me to make the best of what I could afford. I am really astonished. You don't find customer service like that at many places anymore.
