We had Dodd Construction replace the roof of our home a few years ago, and we were very pleased with the work that was done! So pleased, in fact, that we recently contacted Stephen again when we needed to have our 2nd story deck and exterior door to it replaced. He promptly came, assessed the project, and gave us an estimate. We committed right away and chose our products...then they began the work the following week. They worked diligently every weekday for several weeks in the hot & humid August heat until the project was complete, never complaining. I could have not asked for a better experience with Dodd Construction. They put a new roof on our house, and will be putting new gutters on as well. I was really nervous about how the clean up job was going to go as I have two dogs and didn’t want them to find or step on any nails. Needless to say I was blown away. It was hands down the best clean up job I’ve ever seen. There was not one spec of anything left anywhere on the property, I've never seen a roofing/construction company do such a nice job on both the roof and clean up. The crew was so kind and courteous, normally construction can be a rougher crowd with vulgar language, but there was not one peep of... read full review

I would hands down highly recommend this company to everyone! Stephen worked so closely with my neighbor (I live in a town house) to coordinate getting our roof replaced. He also was amazing with my insurance company and in constant contact with them. After my initial claim I didn’t have to contact my agent, he took care of everything for me! Dodd’s construction went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the process of replacing my roof was seamless!
