We had Dodd Construction replace the roof of our home a few years ago, and we were very pleased with the work that was done! So pleased, in fact, that we recently contacted Stephen again when we needed to have our 2nd story deck and exterior door to it replaced. He promptly came, assessed the project, and gave us an estimate. We committed right away and chose our products...then they began the work the following week. They worked diligently every weekday for several weeks in the hot & humid August heat until the project was complete, never complaining. Stephen communicated with us daily, and they cleaned the area around the construction site every day when they were finished so we could "live" among the project, which we were very grateful for! We highly recommend Dodd Construction for your project needs...I know that we'll be reaching out to them again for future projects!

I would hands down highly recommend this company to everyone! Stephen worked so closely with my neighbor (I live in a town house) to coordinate getting our roof replaced. He also was amazing with my insurance company and in constant contact with them. After my initial claim I didn’t have to contact my agent, he took care of everything for me! Dodd’s construction went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the process of replacing my roof was seamless! I’m also beyond impressed with how well the roof turned out and the constant communication I received about the entire process. Again, I highly recommend working with Dodd Construction. They took a potentially very stressful event for me and made it seamless.

Dodd construction is great!! Highly recommend!!! In recent hail storm Dodd construction replaced the roof, great customer service,fast,reliable,extremely clean...will definitely use again
