We can’t say enough about James from Cool Concepts! He’s been to our house multiple times, often on short notice, to fix various issues, and every single visit has been a lifesaver. James is the definition of professional. He’s always thorough, respectful, and takes the time to explain exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be done. He really goes out of his way to make sure we understand the issue and the fix. One standout moment was when our AC went out during a brutal heatwave. Luis came out to clean our dryer vent and found out the siding company put siding over the exit vent goes. We had 3 years of build up blocked in there. Luis had to make a hole in the siding after he found the exit for the vent and put a plastic cover on. It took less than 2 hours and he explained everything as he went along and was very knowledgeable and professional. We would absolutely want him again if we needed their services again. On a side note our home was built by Legacy and we have had a few builder issues. Again we want to thank Luis for finding and solving our problem with the dryer.
