I've been using carpet land for many years and have had great service of course most people don't leave reviews unless they have a bad experience. I had them put some carpet in a hallway apartment complex and somehow we got the wrong carpet installed. I went back to the store thinking I was going to have to argue with them to tell them that the wrong carpet was installed. But right away the owner, Jeff told me that they were sorry and let's get the right carpet put in I think that's when you can tell you're working with a great company when there's a problem and they get it taken care of with no issues. I can't say enough about Jeff at Carpetland! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and went out of his way to get my rug to me in time for a special event! Just a wonderful experience!!!!
