Love the place, the building is a bit outdated, but the staff and owners are great to work with and polite, the equipment and amenities are awesome, and the atmosphere is peaceful, highly recommend

I toured a few gyms before returning to this location. I've come here on and off for over a decade. I appreciate the consistency, diversity in age and culture, and that everyone is respectful of each other. I haven't made it back to a class but will try one when I can. The price is on point and fair. I appreciate the current owner and I'm glad I was able to return. I have a extensive set up at home, but enjoy getting out of the house to push myself without home distractions.

I have been going to this gym on and off for the last 8 years. The staff does a great job and I love the amenities. Back in 2019 the new owners saved this gym from a shut down and that was great. Great amenities. Pool, sauna, steam room. I hope this place always stays open!!! You get a good deal for your money here!!! A+ Gym
