not really sure why this urgent care has such low reviews. i went to them for the aftermath of an ovarian cyst rupture and they were so kind and empathetic. they made sure i was good to go and knew what to do if it happened i again. they were even able to give me a referral for a PCP since i am new to the area. they took great care of me and i am grateful for them!
We had a good experience here a the front desk lady went ABOVE AND BEYOND to take care of the patients. She saw an older couple struggling out in the parking lot and she RAN out the door to help them get in the wheelchair and inside the building. Then helped them get around and accommodate them the entire time. The staff once back was also amazing! The PA made sure I knew I could call her if I needed anything. This is a good place with good people who do care.
It did take a good amount of time once we got there and left about 3 hours. They ran tests so I think that took about 1 hour of the time. Overall it was a good experience.
We were traveling to Colorado. I felt a UTI coming on. We were spending the night in Lincoln so we stopped and visited urgent care.
What a great experience and a good decision. From checking in to speaking to the nurse to the diagnosis from the PA. They listened and were extremely efficient. True healthcare specialists who were extremely helpful. Thank you Lincoln!
