Very friendly place. Dr. Kelsey Novotny is great, friendly and listens. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get me in the same day and helped with my shoulder issue. Very happy with the service provided.
When I called for ASAP appointment, Jennifer said no problem and got me in within hours. On arrival, they had a personalized sign in the vestibule welcoming me as new patient.Checking in was very pleasant and informative on what the process I would be looking for as we moved forward. The therapist did a full evaluation of my concerns before turning me over to Dr. Burt. Before starting on procedure, Dr. Burt was very thorough on explaining what he planned doing going forward.I found the therapy sessions post adjustment extremely helpful. I was going to PT for 3 weeks, never felt better. I have been coming to Belmont Chiropractic and have felt relief in just 3 visits. Dr Burt is very understanding, patient and listens well. Everyone here is nice and treats me like family.
