I have never worn a C-Pap before and was feeling overwhelmed. Joni made me comfortable about starting this journey. She thoroughly went over the machine and how to use it. I felt very relaxed using it the 1st time.I did not like the nose piece I chose and Joni helped me pick a new one the very next day! She was so patient with me!

Wow! The representative Scott really gave us really GREAT in home service. We had multiple problems with our equipment and he fixed it all quickly and with a great attitude. Even making suggestions for us on how to best use their services. Then when we thought all was well he brought a meter and found the oxygen concentrator still wasn't operating efficiently enough. So he replaced the concentrator. This is life altering equipment and there would have been no way for us to know it wasn't working well. We would only know our loved one was doing poorly. So his help is life saving and so very much appreciated. Thank you Scott and HomePatient.

We are so grateful for the dedicated support we have received from J.D. and the staff at American Home Patient.They have great customer service and drivers are prompt and professional. We have been receiving services from J.D. for many years now and are beyond grateful for him. He has helped our son, who is vent dependent, through some difficult times and we don’t know how we would have managed without him.
