I have never worn a C-Pap before and was feeling overwhelmed. Joni made me comfortable about starting this journey. She thoroughly went over the machine and how to use it. I felt very relaxed using it the 1st time.I did not like the nose piece I chose and Joni helped me pick a new one the very next day! She was so patient with me!
He's very prompt on time. He's always on time comes with my oxygen.. he's very friendly and explains everything to me ....he's always concerned about my needs of oxygen ...thanks Scott for all your support....
