My elderly FIL had an AC emergency. I want to recognize Lauren from Standard Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.! She was incredibly patient and respectful with my elderly family member — not only was she professional and friendly, but she took extra time to really listen to him (including his storytelling ?) and went the extra mile to explain things in a way he could understand. She truly made him feel heard and respected. Also appreciate that Standard Heating arrived right when they said they would — reliable, respectful, and kind from start to finish. Thank you, Lauren and the whole team!
Very professional and proficient. I am so happy with the install of a full HVAC system Air and Heat. Also the people answering the phone are great and follow through with everything. I am also pleased with the follow up now it has been 2 years after the install. I would recommend Standard Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to anyone that needs any service they provide. 5 Stars
Received prompt service after our air conditioner stopped working. The service technician was very polite, easily assessed and fixed the problem, and did not attempt to manipulate the situation in order to sell unneeded equipment or services. Great experience!
