So I would give zero stars if I could ...I contemplated calling and speaking with the owner who did my daughter's hair herself to complain, but after careful thought, figured it's pretty pointless. There's no takebacks now... I was referred to the salon by a co-worker who had only went there One time. she went there for a hair coloring appointment and told me it was a pretty lengthy appointment of 8 hours but I really liked the outcome of her hair and had really no idea where to go to take my daughter to get her hair done.. my appointment was for my daughter to get her hair washed, blow dried straightened and trimmed. I appreciated the owner Kaylee worked with my schedule to get me in at a late appointment at 5:00 Knowing my coworker said she had a long appointment. I definitely expected at the most a 3-hour appointment. This girl had me there for 5 hours. Mind you my daughter is only 10 and I had my 4-year-old with me.. it was a great environment and my kids enjoyed it but when all was said and done 5 hours is obscene and ridiculous and then to top it off she cut my child's hair so messed up. It's so uneven and I could see it when she was doing it. She had no focus care or concern to what she was cutting off but at the time I was so tired and exhausted and sick of being there and figured what's the point of saying something now it's already cut off.. my daughter did enjoy her hair being straightened but today being her first day wearing it curly again. She saw how uneven and how choppy and how bad her haircut was. She balled her eyes out before school. This broke my mama heart and I do not recommend this lady or this salon to anybody. She has no time management and no focus when actually working on the hair. I had to explain to my baby. It's just hair and it will eventually grow back and we can't really cut it to be even because it will be too short..

I went in for a 10:30 appointment on Saturday and was told the stylist was running late. I was leaving for out of town so rescheduled to Tuesday at 5:30. By 6:00 I still had not been seen. I left and will not schedule another appointment. I really liked the cut I got before but the service was terrible. I won't go back.

Ridicules wait time when we went there. My son had to wait about 30 minutes past our appointment time. Then my son just set another appointment, she never showed up. Sign said they opened at 11 but there was no one there. He waited till 11:30, but no one showed up. Poor service...

Absolutely amazing service and care was put into my haircut. I went it for a touch up on hair color and and trim and it came out absolutely perfect. Sway did an amazing job with my hair color, front desk was welcoming and inviting, and Kaylie did amazing with my haircut. If you want to dye your hair I definitely recommend Sway to do the job!
