His customer service was outstanding — not only was he knowledgeable and professional, but he also made a special trip back to help me connect the thermostat to our Wi-Fi. Repair guy was on time polite and very thorough in his inspection and fix of my problem. He fixed what was needed and did not suggest expensive add ons. He is great at what he does and is a great representative of the quality of Controlled Comfort company.

I called Thursday night and they got me on the schedule the next day. Tony Butler helped us and we got a call from Emily first thing in the morning. The tech came by and solved the issue with our AC with in and hour. He communicated what happened and how to ensure the issue doesn’t happen again. The house is cooling properly!!!
