“I've been to Sports Clips plenty of times in the past (some good, some meh), but I have to say, this was probably my best visit so far! I had a short/shave styled haircut that I wanted to do, and the manager, Morgan, did a superb job at not just doing my hair, but also taking her time with her work, using careful movements and excellent accuracy. She had used me as an example of what to do when cutting someone's hair for a newcomer, and I felt quite pleased by that. I think the best part was the massaging while Morgan washed my hair. That felt GREAT! After all of that, I got $5 off from my MVP experience, and left with a super-handsome haircut. The only reason why I didn't give this experience five stars though was because of the pricing. Sports Clips recently upped their prices by quite a bit, and it makes it more difficult to justify visiting them more, but hey, I had gotten a couple coupons for an MVP experience at the cost of a base haircut, so that makes up for it.“

After waiting for my appointment, I was promptly greeted by a lovely woman named Tess.

She was professional, charismatic, through, and kind.
