The main character is very straightforward and I love his honesty. Some may see it as rudeness, but I love that he doesn’t sugar coat anything. He’s my kind of person. If he isn’t 💯 % sure he can do a good job he’ll be sure to tell you! No guessing if something is going to come back poorly cleaned. They do an amazing job. Most of the lower reviews are about his rudeness. But I say go check it out for yourself and be entertained! I walk out of the door chuckling to myself every time! I’m not taking my stuff there for a sweet convo. I’m taking my stuff there to have it cleaned properly. Modern cleaners and drapery… don’t change a thing!
I have one of my winter parkas here now, being dry cleaned and then sent out for new zipper to be installed, that I got from another place in Denver. Jury is still out on all this. Hopefully I get it back before next year.
