Highly recommend them!! And anyone that has given a bad review most likely does not possess patience, manners, or etiquette.
Two of the technicians were once my customers. They do possess patience, manners, and etiquette.
I called on a Friday knowing I would not have anyone at my door until the beginning of the next week. I had a tech helping me out that afternoon. He was not concerned about my dachshunds, or all the stuff I have crammed in my basement. He informed that my unit was 15 years past its life cycle. Highly recommend! Michael made it to our home in a timely fashion & fixed our AC unit quickly. Cindy was very polite and helpful. Pleasantly surprised when I received the bill! Thank you Rutt's!!!
Pretty friendly and apologetic customer service when they couldn’t get back to me the day after Memorial Day and called me first thing Wednesday and let me know they’d be out first thing that day. They came quick and got our kitchen nice and cool again. Pretty up front about costs and getting quotes for us. Good about doing their thing without interrupting business! Great company for commercial heating and cooling!
