We recently had our furnace quit of course during a terrible cold spell, I called KT Heating and Air. Mike the technician came as soon as he could, made necessary repair very quickly. We are very pleased and impressed with his knowledge of a Trane system. Besides being a very nice guy , Thank you

In late June, I came home from vacation at 11pm on a Sunday night to find my A/C unit wasn't working. I called K-T first thing Monday morning and they had a technician at my house by early afternoon. He found a bad fuse that I was unable to find, topped off the freon, and he gave the rest of the system a check. Reasonably priced and quick service. No complaints.

Would be 5 stars but they don’t work on mobile homes. I’m fine with that but when you recommend someone who does and they come out and charge $235 to charge my unit with R22, checks nothing else to see if a different problem exists, and then it stops cooling less than a week after. I let that person know and they reply with “I don’t know”. Hired another company and the tech said the lines were filled with air and water which is why it wasn’t cooling properly.
