We had the best experience here with the stylist, Nate! Our son is a talker and asked Nate a million questions the whole time we were there and Nate was so kind and good with him and answered every question. Nate even stopped to show him what he was doing with the clippers or what kind of scissors he was using. The haircut my son received was AMAZING! It was so well done! Nate took his time and was gentle. My son having sensory issues, did not have an issue at all with Nate cutting his hair! Thank you so much Nate for your dedication to making your customers happy and being an amazing stylist!

Online check in is great, let's me know what to expect and eliminates sitting and waiting in salon. Staff are friendly, and I'm always pleased with haircut. I do not like the recommended tip at checkout, the lowest option is almost 30%, given that prices have nearly doubled in recent years, that excessive. I know I have option to customize tip, but I don't appreciate the pressure to tip 30+%.

This was the first time Tay cut my hair. She is friendly and up beat. I had an enjoyable time sitting in her chair. Oh and the cut she gave me is wonderful, it lays nice and very easy to style. Thank you Tay! =)
