Precision Heating & Air Conditioning in Hastings has been our go to for servicing and repairs for several years. This summer, during one of our heat waves, our a/c went out completely. They were very helpful in getting us a new unit and getting it installed as soon as possible. Tom, the owner and Kevin, the repairman were both very responsive when we had a question. We would highly recommend them!
Called on Precision twice over the last couple years, once for my furnace going out and the other time for my AC unit freezing up. Both times they were quick to respond, professional, explained the issues to me, and left me feeling confident in their work. They replaced my heating and air conditioning systems. Very professional and friendly staff. Left the area possibly cleaner than when they came. It has been a very cool three weeks since the installation, and the furnace has been a definite improvement. This business is definitely one to consider working with.
