Taylor Grimes came to clean my carpets on 10/13/25. I had called to make an appointment that morning and he came to give me an estimate at about 10:00 a.m. We agreed on a price and he said he could do it right away that morning. He cleaned the pathways throughout the main floor and was done by about noon. The price was reasonable and the carpet looked great when he was done. Taylor was very knowledgeable and told me a lot about carpets and why it was important to clean them every year or two, which was the best carpet to buy, etc. He was also very nice and efficient. I did have a complaint and a suggestion. My complaint: Taylor said it would only take about 4 hours to dry, but in places that were heavily soiled, he used more product and it too about a day to dry, so he needs to say that might be the case. My suggestion: He needs to be more careful with the equipment as I think he destroyed part of a large living plant on my front porch as he drug his hose or whatever into the house. Overall, he did a great job! Thank you!
I might add that I got a call after the above review and was impressed that they followed up! The company was going to make sure they discussed my complaint and suggestion with their employees, so these situations were corrected for future cleaning jobs. Great work, Yellow Van!

Jason, from Yellow Van cleaning came out to my house, gave me an estimate & explained how he would clean my 2 large stationary area rugs in both rooms, that same day. He did a very good job on my rugs! They look better than they have looked, and smelled in a very long time, and I have had then recently cleaned by another company. I do have pets, and he described how the process with pet odors works & said he would do his best to take care of the rugs & recommend how to treat areas that get soiled with Home Pro Spotter. I am very happy with the way they look, smell & the drying time. The cleaning even lifted the nap on both area rugs. I would recommend Yellow Van cleaning, to clean carpets or area rugs.Thank you Jason Grimes for a job well done!
