I called them to see if they would landscape for my parents, who are older. Told them how we can't find anyone to show up or even call us back. I was so excited because she was very nice and we set up a time for them to come look at my parents lawn. It was raining that day so had to cancel. Totally understand that. Told me to reach out to them the following week. I have called several times and left messages. Also sent text messages as we had already corresponded that way. No response. No call back. All people have to do is be honest. Just tell us you are interested. Not that hard. So unprofessional. 3 weeks wasted.
